Meet Jo Luce
Jo's connection with spirit began in early childhood, when she first became aware of experiences that she couldn't always explain.
Over time, that natural connection became something she wanted to understand more deeply. What began as an innate awareness developed into years of study, training and exploration with internationally recognised spiritual, psychic and mediumship teachers.
Jo founded Cascade in 2025, following her decision to step away from more traditional employment and dedicate herself to the spiritual and holistic work she had been developing for years.
Today, she brings together her spiritual practice with her training in psychology, Reiki and crystal energy healing to create one-to-one sessions that are personal, compassionate and intuitive.
Cascade isn't built around one single modality.
Tarot, spiritualism, Reiki, crystal healing and light work can each offer a different way of exploring yourself, your experiences and your intentions.
Jo brings these practices together intuitively, allowing each session to be shaped around the individual rather than following a rigid formula.
The aim is to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported and explore whatever has brought you to the session.
